micro-adventures 

A micro-adventure is generally a 5 to 9 type trip as many other things attach themselves to the 9 to 5! BUT, micro-adventures can be found only a few minutes from home. It could be a walk down a footpath you haven't been down before, it could be turning left into the woods rather than your normal route, it could be camping out in the back garden or somewhere wild not far from home. The oportunities are endless, you just have to step out your front door.

Matts aim is to encourage you to look a little closer at what's around you and what adventures you can find (no matter how small!).
