Matt is a fairly ordinary guy, loves to challenge himself and try new things.

Although his list of challenges he has completed is growing, he doesn't pretend to be Bear Grylls, Randolph Feinnes or Indiana Jones. He wants to share things he has learned along the way and encourage other people to step outside and live a full life.
